Ask us something
You do not have to be ready to book. A good share of what we answer is people working out what their agreement or their building will require, which is exactly the right thing to ask first.
Leaving a flatshare?
Tell us where the agreement side has got to. We will hold a provisional slot while it is settled rather than take money against a tenancy that is still being argued about — an unbooked move is much easier to shift than an unsettled agreement.
Not sure what the building requires?
Tell us the kind of building and we will tell you what is usually asked for — permitted hours, a lift booking, an insurance certificate. Then you can put one question to the managing agent instead of four.
If something went wrong
Write and say so plainly. Your booking contract covers claims and the time limits on them, and we would far rather deal with it directly than leave you reading clauses on your own.
